We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had our master bath and second bath rooms remodeled by Silverado Bath and Remodel. Troy came to our home and gave us a quote that detailed the job. Their quote was more reasonable than any other quote that we received. Two young men Ryan and Corey came to our home and completed the job. They were very conscientious about their work, they cleaned up after themselves, they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. We/ve enjoyed working with Sandra and her team right from day one. It's been quite the process-working mostly virtually during the pandemic and while living out of state, but everything has gone smoothly and we are ecstatic with how our project has turned out (better than we envisioned!)

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
