Best Complete House Renovations in Phoenix AZ

Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Our bathroom is so gorgeous! Next is our kitchen, I'm so excited. Looks like a gorgeous new home!

The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. We did the first part of our renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. We plan on using him again for the next phase of our renovation in the near future. We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

I was helping my father refinance his home in Arizona and I do not live there anymore. But I had to find a company to assist with some repairs. I spoke with Tim and the team and set up everything on the phone and on line. This company and their employees are wonderful. So professional and on track with what they do and the cost was within reason and done quickly. If you need any help with a manufacture home this is the company you want to use.

I was treated well and serviced top notch, very happy with Jake installing Windows, they were punctual and did the whole house in one day! The whole thing! We recommend. As a realtor I get to work with many contractors and it's easy to tell who stands above the rest.

This company is amazing. I was expecting tens of thousands of dollars for new granite counters but that was not even close. Jason the sales guy was amazing and worked magic to make my kitchen remodel happen at a very affordable price. This place uses CNC Machines to cut your counters so I don’t even need to say that the final product was perfect. We had several bad stones that showed flaws. These people could have just installed it and I would have never known any different but Jose the production guy was looking out for our best interest when he spotted flaws and we picked new stones until it was perfect! I can’t say enough about Diamond Granite. They are the best.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
