I had Holtzman remodel my kitchen a few years back and the job they did was outstanding. This time we were looking to completely remodel into a new master bathroom and we could not be happier. There were a few bumps along they way, but our PM Jarred was very communicative and I always knew where we stood for the whole project. We are eyeing a remodel of the spare bathroom now that the rest of the house looks so nice - when that time comes, we will surely reach out to Holtzman first.

We needed some drywall repair and Todd Whittaker Drywall was very responsive. From the moment we contacted them the office staff stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, I was never wondering what the next step was. Our repair was scheduled and Beto came to our home right on time, was very professional and did an amazing job. He covered the entire area, completed the repair and cleaned up very quickly. Once he was done you couldn't tell he was even there or that we had any work done. I inspected the area very close and couldn't see any difference between where he repaired and the untouched space, great job!

Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. I have nothing but good things to say. I had an old dishwasher hardwired in and I wanted an outlet. Not only did Able install an outlet, he put the power cord on my new dishwasher for me. He also fixed my closet light. It didn't take him long at all and I'm so happy!!

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
