Best Commercial Tenant Improvement in Phoenix AZ

The team that performed work in our home was outstanding. The attention to detail, courtesy, and overall result was over the top, they went above and beyond. From the estimator Mimi to supervisor Loius and all others were all very professional and accommodating to the customers request. Without hesitation I would recommend this company and this team for all of your work. We will use them again for our next project.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

Professional, prompt, and polite

Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

Shannon and his crew did a wonderful job on our remodel which included putting in an all new guest bathroom and laying new floor tile in the kitchen and sunroom. All members of his crew were always very professional, very skilled, very considerate and a pleasure to work with. They all worked closely with us to make sure the end product was exactly what we wanted and Shannon was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. As other reviewers have said, he exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier with how the projects turned out and Shannon will be our go to guy for any future home improvements.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

This company is the best for all of your construction needs. I don’t recommend many companies, but this is one I believe strongly in.

We used them for a very big remodel that included adding a new bathroom and bedroom. We chose them because they were by far the most professional company as it relates to the bidding process, and their bid was highly competitive to others. The estimator Greg was a pleasure to deal with the whole process and was always open to changes or challenges to line items on the bid.

The work team was very friendly especially Rob, Juan and Derek. They kept us up to date with their schedule and cleaned up everyday which was nice because we were still living in the house. At no time did I feel like anything encountered was out of their control and they didn’t nickel and dime us with unknown issues.

At the end of this, they let sent in a professional cleaner to make sure they left no trace, and let us know that they stand behind their work and would fix any issues if they come up l

I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again to do any work on our home no matter how big or small. I know they will take care of us.
