2 years after getting my new build house, one of the interior doors was not staying latched. My builder had told me they would not send someone to fix it, because I had had too many door related requests already. So I called 3G because they were the vendor my builder had used for the doors. I figured I'd pay them to send someone out to fix it. Their receptionist was really nice, and transferred me to someone who could help. Ruben, their VP, said they stand by their work and sent someone out at no charge. Paul just came by to fix my door and he was able to fix it super quickly and easily, explaining what he was doing and why. He's the same person who the builder had sent out during the warranty period. He is always such a wealth of knowledge, polite, and efficient. He’s the only person I’ve met face to face from 3G, and if all their guys are as good as him, it’s no wonder they have such high google reviews. Thank you so much, Ruben, for sending someone quickly. I’m really impressed with this company.
