I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity.
