The expert drywall repair and spackling were completed in a timely manner, with utmost care. I highly recommend TWD!

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

Robert and Phillip were outstanding! They took the time to listen to my vision, wants and needs and came up with an amazing solution to our unique kitchen. My experience with FHR has been nothing short of amazing! I chose to work with them after having to shop contractors due to an insurance claim I opened on my new home due to a leak. Dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating to say the least and Oron and his team assured me they would handle all of the correspondence with the insurance company.

I am several months into my extensive remodel (and almost done) and FHR has kept their promise on virtually everything. Their complete services were something that was so necessary to my family especially since we were new to the area with zero contacts.

The remodel is going extremely smooth and is exactly what I wanted. I have had workers in and out of my house every day for quite a few months and each of them have been a more than a delight to be around. I would recommend FHR to anyone wanting to not have to worry or lift a finger during a remodel process. They have truly been a company full of people I am so glad to have chosen and gotten to know well over the last few months!

Excellent company

We buit our house with David Mikes. We were worried we wouldn't know how to handle such a large project. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have David as our contractor.

David would set up weekly meetings with his subcontractor or company contact. We would meet with David and the specialist in the area we were looking at that week. The meetings were always very productive because David was right there helping with decisions, dimensions, architectural plans and logistics to make the process smooth.

I have four other fiends who were building at the same time with other companies. They did not have the same easy experience we had. Most of them had to hire designers and work on their own schedules to make selections needed to move forward in a timely manor.

David was very good about reminding us about costs. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises when we decided to upgrade in many different areas.

We have never had trouble reaching David. He is very prompt in answering phone, texts and emails. He handles situations quickly without any complaint. He has handled the punch list very responsibly. We have no complaints.

Over the building process we also became very good friend's with David Mikes. Through all the many meetings over the build time, he was always very enjoyable to be around. We all have many good memories of building our dream home.

Keith is a straight forward, honest contractor which is hard to find these days. Will recommend him to anyone that asks.

If you are looking for reclaimed wood, this is the best place you'll ever find in Arizona! They have an enormous, I mean enormous, selection of every kind of reclaimed wood you can think of! They also have reclaimed wooden doors and windows as well as reclaimed galvanized steel. They can manufacture pretty much anything you can think of out of the reclaimed wood if you want them to (I'm having them manufacture a fireplace mantel out of a reclaimed barn beam). Much of their wood comes from the Midwest. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable as are the rest of the staff there.

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it’s complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. Atelier 507 delivered on every promise on time and on budget.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
