From start to finish, this shower remodel was excellent. We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. Quality work, fair value, fair treatment, and transparency are my key takeaways after Holtzman completed a kitchen remodel and flooring for us. Our project included some interior wall changes, appliance relocation, and reframing for a larger back door. My wife and I shopped 3 different well known general contractors for our job and Holtzman slotted in the middle price estimate wise. We really appreciated that they include a computer sketch of your remodel free with the consultation which the other companies would not do without a deposit. This really helped us gauge if the company had a good grasp on what we were wanting (and they did). The design process was relaxed and we never felt pressured to spend. Communication with our project manager Jaryd was fast and we were pleased with his attention to detail and how he listened to our concerns and needs throughout the process, accommodating our requests to the best of his abilities.
We experienced an atypical circumstance during our project where the person we worked with on our cabinet design ended up leaving the company before our cabinet order was correctly placed. This caused a bit of a handoff fumble as Holtzman completed our demolition thinking the order from the former employee was ready when it actually was not which resulted in a period of time where we had a completely demo'd kitchen and no cabinet delivery. It's important to understand that this is not a regular occurrence and simply an unfortunate coincidence that happened to coincide with our project. The new cabinet designer (Chelsea) was a breeze and got our incomplete order all fixed up and expedited.
I am sharing this slip up despite it's coincidental nature because it showcases this company's ability to make up for some turbulence in a very respectable fashion which ultimately solidifies our trust in them. I was impressed that Holtzman was completely transparent with what happened and did not try to avoid any accountability. Although there was nothing we could do as we had to wait for our correct cabinet order to be produced, the team at Holtzman completed as much of our project as they could until cabinets arrived and positioned themselves for a sprint to the finish once the cabinets were delivered. Once the cabinets came you could really tell they wanted to make up for lost time. Jaryd was extremely helpful by scheduling Cabinet install, flooring, plumbing, tile, and electrical very efficiently and even getting people onsite over the weekend to get everything wrapped up as quickly as possible. The workers on our job were pleasant, skilled, and personable. My wife and are are extremely happy with the quality of work and how everything came out at completion. Time spent in our new kitchen is now a relaxing and serene experience we never want to leave. Afterwards we were reimbursed for excess expenses like furniture storage which we incurred as a direct result of the delay caused by the cabinet order mix up, which I feel like not every company would be willing to do and prefer to instead chalk it up as (well these things happen in construction).
I have complete confidence saying that I would trust this company again for a future project and feel good knowing that they are going to do things correctly and have our best interest in mind. Before and after pics attached.

The drywall repair work was done so well that the damage could not be seen. Excellent work, excellent clean up. I would highly recommend. Also, they went above and beyond to make us happy.

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

I have been renting my home for 3+ years and no matter what issues we have had maintenance wise, it always gets done in a timely and professional manner. Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. His work always looks neat and clean and maintains the integrity of the home. I love renting from PJ Hussey and I’m very thankful for the entire staff to be honest!! We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.

My kitchen came out beautiful. Thanks to Bill, and his wonderful crew. They were all very friendly, and did a wonderful job.

We initially came up with the idea of remodeling our home and heard of Republic West on KTAR radio. We interviewed 3 companies in total and did our research but we liked the way that RW had the website set up with the Dream Assurance Plan, the Customer Rights, etc all laid out
and organized and throrough throughout the site and felt they were a good company to go with.
We called them and scheduled an initial consultation at our home in March with our designer, Steven and had a very good first impression - He exedued a lot of experience and that was great since this was our first time remodeling so we didnt know exactly what to ask. He lead us on to feel us out so we know what we wanted. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but he was able to give us a much clearer vision. The kitchen for example was much more than we could have initially envisioned. Pretty much the whole kitchen was his idea - we had an initial idea with what we wanted but he came back with a computer rendering as well as a blueprint / floor plan and we were amazed -
it looked much better than we were originally expecting.

We ended up starting the project in the middle of summer. We had to take the wall down and they put up a temporary wall. Needless to say, it was hot! We hoped they had that new wall finished quickly but unfortunately we didnt make it before the monsoon season. There was some initial delays which resulted in the storms coming in. It seemed like not much was happening at first but once things got into motion they were here every day. One thing we appreciated is that they cleaned up after they were done every day. We were prepared to clean but they always made sure they left it as nice as possible. They also made sure they caught up from the delay. They stayed consistent with the schedule as much as they could but there were some issues as far as coordinating
with the workers but you can tell they were able to adapt to situations quickly - the foreman jack was able to get people in and out as needed.
Despite the slow start they made sure they met the promised deadline and actually finished a week early.
Overall, Jack was really responsive to situations - I spoke to Steven about replacing a window with a french door - I wanted a door there but I would need some kind of air circulation so I wanted one with a side light. They ended up giving us one without sidelights but they were able to easily fix the problem - they were always very responsive and quick and jack was always there to remedy it.

Overall the kitchen and fireplace totally exceeds our expectations to this day - the fireplace the tiling and everything else turned out wonderfully - we would have never anticipated anything better than this!
