We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

As a single Mom on a tight budget I looked into several options for our bathroom remodel and found everything I needed with Holtzman's Home Improvement. I love that it is a family owned, family operated business. Brandon was excellent in communication throughout the entire process. He was patient with all my questions and if there was a concern, he was prompt to put any worries to rest. They were prompt, dependable and professional. They were very reasonably priced, and our finished bath turned out beyond anything that I could have imagined. From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made this project easy and painless. I would recommend the Legacy Team for any of your remodel projects. You won't be disappointed.

They did an excellent job working with me. Communication was always clear and the quality of the work was top-notch.

This was my mother (Becky) dream kitchen. Dad made sure it was what she wanted. I gave her great Joy. During this time we discovered she had cancer. All though she did not cook much as the cancer got worse. She always had smile whether in it or looking at it. Dad has always she was more than worth it and wished it could have been done sooner. Joe and his teem did a wonderful job. Some snags now and then. They did more than just the kitchen. Moved a wall, fixed nice enclosed launder, took out a fire place, and replaced the doors. Mom is with Jesus 6 years now and we still talk about how Joe's work made her happy. Thank you Joe

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. They are honorable and professional and will do whatever is necessary to make the job right and to the satisfaction of the homeowners. They stand behind the work of their subcontractors and will take on any job large or small. We would give “the Boss” Dion Horton our highest accolades and a ten in overall performance.

Republic West Remodeling replaced our sliding doors on the back of our house. They are now energy efficient and gorgeous. The team from Republic West was great. Very communicative, clean and easy to work with. We felt we got a great deal. Highly recommend them for home remodeling.

We are now going on 6 months trying to remodel 800 square feet of existing space and extend garage out. Designer was inept. Multiple things that should have been in initial design weren't (ie: lighting design and reasonable electrical layout, etc). Now these are change order over runs that caost time and extra money. Have had to have multiple fights to have things done right and over simple corrections multiple times. Currently waiting for electrical to be completed finishing 4th week (800sqft totally open!). They are now the joke of the neighborhood. Superintendent no longer would speak to us over the phone or in person, would only text message because he didn't like complaints about the work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Plainly they don't really care.

Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. Thank you Keith and team for an amazing job!

Awesome company to work with!

In the past 20 years, we have lived through three large remodel projects with three different contractors. McCurdy construction is by far the best. During the process of meeting with contractors for estimates, we were impressed with Tom Haberman's knowledge and really appreciated his ideas on what we could do. None of the other contractors discussed options that we never thought of or dreamed was possible. Once on board with McCurdy, we met with Tom and the design team at McCurdy's show room. Leyda and Kaitlyn were also very knowledgeable, had great ideas and made it a fun experience. Fortunately we didn't have to live in the house during construction but came by every day to see the progress. Rob and his crew were incredibly polite, respectful and flexible with us popping in. With the major work behind them, the attention to detail in finishing up small things, many of which we didn't even see, continued to leave us with a sense of complete and total satisfaction that we chose the right company. My older brother has worked in construction most of his life and he agreed that we had the best of the best on our project. Previous experiences with contractors left much to be desired with communication but there was never a lapse in updates on progress or work to be scheduled. My expectations were exceeded and we are extremely pleased with the results. Photos are from the same perspective before and after construction.

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Will definitely be using this service again for additional projects around my home and I highly recommend. Thank you Jeremy!

Now, I’m a returning customer of First Leaf Construction/Jeremy The Handyman. This time, Jeremy and team did an outstanding job fixing my old garage doors, replacing rotten window frame wood and patching areas of stucco for painting prep.
