OUTSTANDING!!!Holtzman and all of there wonderful employees have made our remodel a dream. Everyone we have worked with is highly experienced in the industry, prideful in their work, and personable. They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Current project: Turn 2 beds and a bath into 2 1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

TWD did an awesome job from the design, budget and construction of my remodel. My home was built in 1980 and was in need of updating which meant a few walls had to be removed and both bathrooms and kitchen needed to be torn out and replaced. Ron was my designer and he was spot on from the first time I had spoken with him. Other contractors I had interviewed were not as forthcoming in the beginning to help me calculate the basic costs of what I wanted to do but Ron gave me estimated costs as we went through the house on his first visit which helped me greatly. Ron also came up with 2 ideas that solved issues with my house layout. The planning phase was an in depth review of every piece of everything that had to be worked on and the scope of work was detailed in writing for us both to agree on the work that was to be done. I appreciated the detailed description that I was working with and it also made sure that they completed all aspects of the job. My job took about 12 weeks and through out I was kept informed and was able to see progress through their web site system which included photographs of the tear down and reconstruction. We did make a couple of changes which were handled effectively and when the work was done, they made sure every small detail was made satisfactory to me. Good job TWD....I have gotten so many compliments from the neighbors who watched and heard the construction over a 12 week period.....My house is now up to date and I love it.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

What a great experience! Lorrie's design ideas were perfect. We got to the point during the project that we just told her to do what she thought was best, because her ideas were always so spot on. It turned out amazing. And on the construction side, I've never seen a construction company that was so dedicated to following their schedule for completion, always keeping us posted on where things stood, constant cleanliness, and perfectionists on the work being done. The kind of contractors and workers that you wish for but never seem to get . . . and the finished project far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Scott and Lorrie for a fantastic remodel.

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what we enjoy working with. We hope to be working with him again soon.

I have been following Emily's design career since she first started out as Two Gals. She has such a great eye for decor and is very passionate about her work. Plus she's super down to earth and easy to get along with. She takes the pressure off of her clients and always produces amazing results. No matter the size of your renovation Emily knows how to freshen up a room!

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. Working with Oron and his team at FHR was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From our very first meeting, Oron and Antonio walked thru my home, listened to my needs/wants, explained their process, and were so friendly and personable, it was a no brainer that we would move forward with them. Antonio designed the perfect kitchen for us and made it easy and fun to pick out countertops, tile, flooring, etc. Oron stayed in contact the entire time, explained everything that was happening, and answered all of my questions. The work was top notch, and we are very happy with our new remodeled home. We did an entire kitchen, one bathroom, floors throughout, interior paint, and even built in a new laundry room. They even assisted with very nice touches like replacing lighting, installing appliances, and other nice touches. We will definitely contact FHR again with more house projects!

Let me start by saying a lot of contractors talk a good game when they come out to quote a job. Everything sounds amazing and they make it sound like you will be treated as if you’re their only job. Fast forward to the middle of the job and you end up feeling like you’re lost in the contractor’s schedule. I think we’ve all come to expect that’s just how it goes. Well not anymore for us! Mariano and Co. not only made everything sound amazing at the first appointment, but they actually follow through and make the whole experience awesome! When they say “contractor for life” (and they say it quite a bit haha), they mean it.

Our job consisted of a full kitchen remodel, new tile flooring and a complete interior change of paint color. From the moment we started discussing things with Vic, Lucien and Lauren, we felt as though we were going to be well taken care of. They have clearly been doing this for a long time and know all the ins and outs of what questions to ask and what direction to take the conversation / design ideas in. Most people will have an idea of what they want the finished product to look like. Lucien and Lauren made sure to listen to our ideas, but then add / suggest things that we had never thought of. At times we even felt Lauren was more excited about the selections we made for our kitchen than we were! Not to say we weren’t excited about them, but you can tell she really loves what she does. Lucien does a great job of “point man” on the project. He was great to bounce ideas off of and had made some really great suggestions along the way. His (actually the whole team’s) response time to questions, was amazing. Usually same day, at worst, the following morning.

Mariano and Co. use an app called BuilderTrend. This app is constantly updated / monitored by the whole team. You can view your running job total, change orders, send messages, check payments, etc. It is always up to date. Every night you get a message though the app telling you what will be happening the following day. Even if it’s nothing. You always know what to expect, who to expect and what time to expect them. Not once was the evening message wrong.
While we weren’t living in our house for the bulk of the job, we did visit the house quite a bit and got to know some of the guys on the crews (Emile and Seth made a great combo!). They are all very friendly and would even humor our kids with the endless questions they would ask! Lloyd, Mike and Jim did a great job of coordinating everything from demo to clean up. The whole crew just seems like one happy family.
We’ve found our contractor for life and can’t wait to use them for our next project!

After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .
It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. He’s got a great group working for him. We’d hire them again.

I had Yourson do two jobs that were done in a timely manner performed by the most efficient and professional workers. I have another job coming up and will definitely hire them.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
