Best Bedroom Design in Phoenix AZ

I've had Holtzman in to renovate my flooring two times, and both times have come away extremely, extremely pleased with the results. My first time was just a little over 1,100 sq. ft of laminate hardwood - Brandon Holtzman was able to suggest a great product, an awesome look, and didn't play any games with me on the price, making sure to detail all the different items that I would be paying for so there were no surprises once we had him and his team on the job. It went according to plan and on schedule.

The second time around we moved into a bigger space and had to get 2,500 sq. ft of laminate hardwood installed. This time around Brandon and Danny suggested great cost savings/time savings measures and laid down the materials in a way that no other contractor said could be done, all in a price unmatched and on schedule. Was able to meet other members of the Holtzman team (floor installers, carpenters, and painters) and they were all extremely professional and had great things to say about their employer - always a good thing to hear that the company is well run top to bottom.

Of course no job is without its flaws - there were a couple of small items that were missed or needed repair (missed caulking on baseboard, stair trim loose), but in all fairness, with a job this size, small flaws are expected. Brandon made sure his team came out and fixed the issues quickly and with no questions asked.

Will surely come back to Holtzman first for our next renovation project due to their professionalism, high quality, and the great job they've done for us.

Amazing work and professional staff! Dion has a great crew, and the were quick and respectful of my home. I recently had flooring replaced in my home, and I couldn't be happier! Friendly and processional service, highly recommended! Will most definitely be working with Dion again for future home improvements.

Hard workers

The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

I live in the N. Phoenix area and had a friend refer me to RMS and Ron Medicinio for an extensive remodel to my home ( 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting, and wall removal). It was one of the best referrals and phone calls I have ever made! Ron and his crew were excellent and their pride in their work showed. I lived in my home during the remodel and when I came home every evening, the house was tidy and livable. I first contacted Emily while i was shopping for furniture on the living spaces instagram! I reached out to her not knowing what to expect since it was my first home ! I wanted it to be my amazing dream home but was having a hard time really making my vision come to life. I had purchased a few items and wasnt feeling like i was going in the right direction. Emily was very informative and talked me through the entire process. She provided me two boards that were amazing!!! I decided on one and went on with the process she was very quick with the purchase list and i just loved it all! Then covid hit ! It has now been about 3 months since i contacted her and although im still waiting on some pieces( nothing to do with her at all just with covid and the delayed shipping) she continues to stay in touch and i love that! She really cares for her work and design and ensures im doing ok ! Eventhough she provided everything you would thinj her job was done but not at all! Recently had an interior door widened to permit wheelchair access at my son's group home. Republic West sent a terrific carpenter to do the job. He arrived promptly and immediately prepared the area to keep it as clean as possible. He worked steadily and efficiently during the three hours and the final job is excellent. When finished, he was quite thorough in cleaning up the mess. No one could guess this was not the original door, frame, and moulding. Assuming his work is indicative of the quality of remodeling done by Republic West, I will recommend them to others. (P.S. Our wheelchair users send a great big THANK YOU!)

I am extremely impressed with the work ethics this company provides, Jeni the sales coordinator was amazing, She always had a smile on her face, very positive, very inviting personality, she put attention to every idea I threw at her, she created my vision 100% better then I thought I had in mind, the cabinets look amazing, Juan (Installer) and Arturo (helper) were amazing respectful, very accommodating, polite, they did an excellent job, adding a shoe cabinet and an entertainment cabinet for my Den, they are coming back to add an island to my master closet. I will definitely reach to them for any future projects. Also the Company Managers provide me with so many discounts to make my dreams possible. Thank you!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
