Best Basement Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Rob Hardee and the Holtzman team did a great job on replacing our flooring. We originally had carpet and tile in our house and wanted to convert over to all tile. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!
Rob was very responsive and helped us through the process from start to finish. There design team was also great to work with and had a wide selection to choose from.
I would highly recommend the Holtzman team for any home improvement project you might have.

You want some company ti do sloppy job don't call these guys.... HBOA EFFICIENT AND YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE.. HARD WORKING MEN, THEY CLEANED AND CLEARED UP MY NIEBORING homes that were left unbelievably messy after rebuilding I watched them closely like a nosey ass neighbor, they got of the truck like clock work...sheeeeesh they got to it in no time wala.... I could have given negative but there is no option. Highly unprofessional, not customer friendly . And need etiquette class before they are allowed to open places like these. On top prices are not competitive either . I won’t be surprised if they close soon .

Amber the owner is very professional. She came to our house and had her assistant take notes. The next appointment was in their showroom. We saw what she had envisioned for us based on our requests. The presentation was very much on point and we viewed our future kitchen on the TV screen. At first I didn't realize it was our kitchen as it looked like a commercial and so different than our present kitchen. We decided to sign up with them.

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
