This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Tyson was amazing to work with and helped us decide and design our flooring and countertop needs. Tyson and the company was a pleasure to work with every step of the way and will use them again on our all our future remodeling needs.

Sage was knowledgeable, on time, professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. We will certainly use Ace Handyman for all other jobs needed in the future.

Little 'ify'. Polite young man showed up at the door soliciting for window replacements. We needed some of our 40+ year windows replaced, so we took a chance. Had two measurements to ensure quality. Installers came on the scheduled date. They were very professional and respectful of the interior of the house. Windows were Pella and of good quality. Much better than what we had. Good team finished installing and caulking in quick time. We're very satisfied and would recommend Power for window installation.

Working with Hunter was an awesome experience. He is a dedicated and hardworking person, who's willing to listen to your needs and work towards giving you exactly what you want. In my experience, it's often difficult communicating with many GC's as they either don't provide context, or don't listen directly to your feedback. However, working with Hunter was much more smooth, he was able to sit down with us, listen to our goals, and implement what we were looking for. CR Home Remodel build two outdoor Kitchens in two different location for me, painted interior of house, repair plumbing, installed tile floor, remodeled master bath cabinets, and other small jobs. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

Very knowledgeable, efficient and comes with friendly service. We had an emergency and he was here within a few hours to fix our bathroom. I would highly recommend him.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

Signature Kitchen and Bath tore out the flooring on the first floor of my house and put in wood look tile. They did a great job and now there is a nice cohesive look to the first floor of my house. The whole team was great and now I have beautiful flooring in my house!

Could not be happier. Alberto is professional and personable. He explained what needed to done and did the job right. He was quick to respond and finished neatly and in a timely manner. I was impressed with the final result. I intend on using him for any future endeavors. He is talented and knowledgeable. I totally recommend his company to all.
