My wife and I hired Praveen and his team to completely remodel 2 bathrooms and replace the floor tile in the kitchen of a condo. From the first day of demolition to clean up on the last day, Praveen and his team did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Unlike many remodelers, Praveen will work with you to keep the cost of the project within your budget (we were able to buy some of the fixtures at a great discount and Praveen and his team handled the installation).

We were very impressed with the character and quality of each of the teams involved in the project. They were polite and professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. The thing we were most impressed with was Praveen’s approach to our remodel. It wasn’t just a project, it was a partnership. When we were having difficulty finding someone replace our hot water heater and change out of angle values at a reasonable price, Praveen was able to set us up with his plumber (Les Beaman) who did a great job and saved us several hundred dollars.

The other thing we were impressed with is the total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. When we ran into an issue between the tile guys and the plumber, Praveen and his various subcontractors worked together to come up with a creative solution that minimized rework and kept the project on schedule. The teamwork was fantastic. The bottom line is that Praveen and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the results were amazing. Should my wife and I have another remodeling project in the future, I will be making just one phone call to Praveen.

Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

Elan managed a kitchen, bathroom, and staircase job for us. All jobs were completed on time and very nicely done. Excellent communication, respectful team of workers, and consistent follow-up. Would recommend to anyone in need of a contractor!

We recently moved into a 20 year old home with original custom maple cabinetry. The layout was good enough so it did not make sense to rip it out. After reading positive reviews, we called BTN to take the tired kitchen and family room from bland to beautiful. Dan came and spent several hours working with us on the best solution. Timeline from initial meeting to finished project was about 5-6 weeks. All the yellowed maple cabinets now look fresh and modern with a combination of replace, resurface and repaint. The family room was carefully “painted” with a smooth acrylic finish of 3-4 coats that will withstand use and cleaning. The dated old open deep TV section was covered by 4 replacement doors custom made to match the intricate stepped pattern on the other doors and painted to match. The kitchen plan was good, but Dan replaced the impractical wine rack and corner open cabinet with new cabinets. The opening for the new wall ovens was enlarged and reinforced for the new appliance. All of the kitchen cabinetry was resurfaced with veneer to match the soft gray stained alder doors we chose and we used the darker gray stain doors and veneer on the island. Dan’s team, from painters to carpenters was professional, efficient and highly skilled. The result is fantastic and we are very pleased with the result. If you are considering a refresh of your current cabinetry in any, you could not make a better choice than Better Than New!

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!! if I could put no stars I would. Had someone come out to measure, quote and show for a kitchen remodel. Waited for email and contacted back after nothing 2 days after told. Then attempted to contact again and no response, just ghosted. Then attempted twice to call directly from the number on website, just to see if the company cared to respond. First daywas told a supervisor would call me that day. Then next day stated no supervisor called and they said they would have someone call me that day. Still nothing!!! From ANYONE!!

To be honest Eric wasn’t my first choice for my kitchen remodel. But he certainly was the best choice. This is the first time doing a project of this size. So I wanted a one stop shop. But after realizing that they couldn’t make the dead line and their price was way over my budget. I called Eric back . Ever since I decided to go with him and Authentic Custom Cabinetry. Eric has been great! He has help make the whole process smooth and looks like we will finish on the deadline. The cabinets he sold me were of very good quality. As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
