We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bring it up to date. We made an appointment and Cody came to our rescue. We explained what we wanted, and he provided some guidance and suggestions to ensure our project would meet our expectations.
The crew working on our kitchen was great. They were helpful, and tried their best to keep our kitchen as functional as possible while being renovated.
We ran into a snag towards the end of our project where our new slab was exposed to rust and stained the slab. Cody, Colton and Fay did everything in their power to make it right. In the end we ended up with a new slab, and it looks great. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to work with and handle this project.
From start to finish we are super thrilled with their work ethic, timing, professionalism, quality and price. We will definitely be using them for the rest of our projects. Keep up the good work you guys!

Alex and his team did an impeccable job on our full marble bathroom remodel & wood floors!
I am a very picky person with attention to small details. When I was looking for a bathroom/flooring contractor I vetted rigorously. It’s not easy to just allow anyone into your home. I’m sure many others feel the same way, so as you can imagine I only wanted the most skilled & the most trustworthy people to work on my house. Thankfully, I found Alex. From the very start Alex was very easy to talk to, competent, very well experienced in his line of work & very professional. We did a full bathroom remodel - all gorgeous marble symmetrical from floor to ceiling. We wanted no grout lines & only symmetrical cuts. Alex had 2 guys do the entire bathroom remodel which took several days. I have to say they were truly the most respectful guys. Every morning they would kindly greet us, let us know what they’re getting done that day. They were quick to yield & allow me my space anytime I wanted to inspect their work. They laid out plastic throughout our home to walk on. They were clean, tidy & organized. Very respectful of our property. They were not only respectful people, but also very polite which is refreshing to see in the construction industry. More importantly, we were blown away by their precise skill when it came to the perfect marble cuts & leveling of the tile. If I could use one word to describe their work; it’s precision. They didn’t miss a single detail. Not a single corner, not a single piece. Marble is not an easy stone to work with. Marble is precious & delicate. It requires true craftsmanship done with taste. Alex and his guys were a true testament to that authentic craftsmanship that so many other contractors simply don’t understand or care for. If you are considering a bathroom remodel & are like me- someone who wants the best & values trust- you must go to Alex because he & his team will execute that job gracefully.

We also hired them to install all new floors & baseboards. Most people would never know they’re laminate because they look & feel like high-end solid floating hardwood. Every piece was perfectly placed & snapped on. They also added a soft material underneath so that the floors are easier on your feet and joints.
All the work they did was done skillfully & timely.

If you’ve come this far in your vetting process & research looking for a qualified contractor to hire then you need to call Alex. Talk to him about what you have in mind, the ideas you have & show him photos of what you’re thinking. He is very competent, has good taste, has an eye for aesthetics, is very easy to talk to, & will also bounce ideas if you need some pointers. He’s also very up to date with trends and styles if you’re wanting to be pointed in that direction. Any taste or idea, they will be able to help.

We will definitely be using Alex & his team again & will be recommending them to friends, family & neighbors.

Matador Construction help me achieve the backyard paradise that i was looking and dreaming for. their attention to detail and DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME attitude is amazing. they truly care about the workmanship that they put into their jobs. with recently having a pool installed the work crew in comparison was night and day! Matador cleaned up before leaving the job site EVERY DAY! they took extra care to not make a mess across the newly installed turf as well. with how i saw each crewmember working i know i had found a long term contractor for all of our future projects, the communication is 100% anytime there was a delay I got a call before I had to wonder where the work was at. with everything so up in the air with COVID it is a breath of fresh air to know that communication on project timeline and material was always at top of mind with Matador construction. Amazing to work with! I needed a repair job done ASAP. I was moving out and hit a wall. They responded immediately while others are still calling me back . They were able to repair the damage, within an hour and it was GONE! They kept me informed every step of the way of what needed to be done and the process behind it! They are by far the best contractors I have ever worked with and highly recommend them! So thankful no one else was available to come in and I had the best team fixing my mistake.
