We initially contacted Closets By Design after seeing a 40% off and free installation promotion. I think they always have this though and we never saw a quote showing what we saved, but it was a good experience. The woman who came to create the closets (master and second bedroom) was very personable although a little scattered. She didn't have the correct template to create the closet so we had to trust that what she was going to do would work without seeing a blueprint. The installation took several months (like everything these days), but the installer was on time and very efficient. He worked for about 4 hours on our project and left everything in good shape. We left the home for a period of time while he was there without any concerns. The closets are fantastic and we are glad we invested in these!

Working with Hunter was an awesome experience. He is a dedicated and hardworking person, who's willing to listen to your needs and work towards giving you exactly what you want. In my experience, it's often difficult communicating with many GC's as they either don't provide context, or don't listen directly to your feedback. However, working with Hunter was much more smooth, he was able to sit down with us, listen to our goals, and implement what we were looking for. I would strongly recommend Hunter and Offcut Interiors.

One of the selling points - features that led us to the purchase of a Regal American Home was the agreement that they would fix (within reason) any minor issues with the home. In the beginning, the company was very responsive and willing to help when they could. After several months and turnover with employees, the communication fell off. I completely understand that based on the transaction being over but there was an agreement in place when we purchased the home that they would be available. We had to pay out of pocket for several urgent electrical repairs when they couldn't be reached. Being a homeowner is expensive, but a electrical issues in the first year is not quality work. The communication-answer with the company is that they sub out all work. Fast forward, they did agree to repairs after a year we where in the home. The latest project manager admitted that our tankless water heater was not installed properly and did nothing to fix it. All around a very disappointing experience. We decided to pay out of pocket to repair this rather than go back and forth with the company.

I was referred to signature kitchen and bath by a friend that used them previously. Their Phoenix showroom was really nice. We sat with Ben to go over our bathroom remodeling needs. They had a lot of options available; which was a relief because our bathrooms are very small, and we needed to open them up a bit

We decided to redesign both of our bathrooms. We are very excited about our new granite countertops for the bathroom. The ones we picked really stood out to us. We had looked at a few other places and didn't really like what they had to offer. Everything seemed dated.

Overall we are very excited with our new bathrooms!!
