We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

Wonderful father and son team - they are easy to work with, honest, reliable, and put a lot of pride into their final product. I've worked with several different tile installers in the past few years, and I was so impressed with how hard these guys work - show up early and work late and get the job done and done right.

For me, trying to find an interior designer felt like going into sensory deprivation. I went through dozens of profiles and websites, and all their portfolios looked monotonously alike and formulistic.
In a sea of sameness, finding Ernesto Garcia's website was a joyful occurrence. The first thing I noticed was his stylistic versatility, projects ranging from contemporary to traditional, each one of them unique, identifiable and full of innovative design solutions. Everything in those rooms spoke of dedicated attention to details and good taste.
It was during our initial consultation that I quickly understood why Ernesto's projects are so singular and inimitable: he is profoundly committed to the needs and wants of each client. Only someone who listens carefully can create spaces that so perfectly suit the lifestyle and preferences of those who hire him.
As he listens to you, Ernesto sketches; he translates your requirements into beautiful drawings that give you a perfect idea of the design solutions and looks that are possible for each room in your home.
In the past four years, Ernesto has designed three different residential and commercial projects for my family. Looking at the finished results it amazes me to see how precise all of his early sketches and concepts were, he just builds on the visions he jointly develops with his clients.
Equally remarkable is the execution of each project. From design to production and installation, the staff of Ernesto Garcia Interior Design is competent and in control of the project at all times.
I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Ernesto, and I highly recommend his services. He is an easygoing problem solver, always professional and passionate about his projects.

We initially contacted McCurdy Construction for an estimate mid February based off of the good Yelp reviews. Estimator Ryan Grannis came out on 2/25/21 and provided us with some ballpark numbers. He asked if his high end of the estimate scared us ($250k) and we said yes, but that we would still like to move forward with a detailed estimate. He said he would have this to us in a week and a half to two weeks tops, and joked that he prefers to work on the bids for jobs that he likes first. I'm not sure where we fell on his preference scale, but future customers beware that if your job does not excite him enough (i.e. size of budget), you will likely get jumped in line. Apparently our $150k didn't quite do it for him.

Two weeks after his initial visit I called him (3/11) to see where he was at with the estimate. He said he would have it to us the next day, and if not, he would come in on that Saturday to make sure we got it. We didn't get it that Saturday and this was the last time I was ever able to get a hold of him.

I called and left him a message the following Thursday (3/18), now three weeks after the initial in-home consultation, but no response. I then called the office and the receptionist said she would email him right away to get his butt in gear.

Now four weeks later and we have still not heard a single word from McCurdy Construction or Ryan Grannis. It is disappointing that this is the most forward facing person for the company and he cannot even return a phone call. We knew this lack of communication from the initial contact representing the company was a red flag of things to come, and we wisely found a much more communicative and professional contractor. We are happy that we avoided this potential nightmare.

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

My husband and I went with A1 for our master bathroom because they had just done a beautiful job on my sister's house. This was the first time we had ever hired a contractor to do any work on our home. Cody was friendly and very informative during the planning process. His team of workers and 3rd party contractors were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable in their area of expertise.
And most of all, we really appreciated Fay. She kept the lines of communication open and was quick to get our questions answered. She helped me to gain a better understanding of things as I was navigating through a process that was new to me.

Ivan and his team did an amazing job installing wood tile throughout our entire house. Not only was he very knowledgeable but him and his team were very professional and efficient, easy to work and happy to be here. We recently had our quartzsite counter tops fabricated by the L&M team. Our counter tops came out beautifully within 10 days. Prior to installation, Raul came to our house and created the templates, joined us at Aracruz Granite to select the specific tiles so the patterns could be matched, then back to L&M to layout the design of the templates to match the pattern design so the continued flow would occur and installed our beautiful counter tops in a week. Also, Sarah, who works at the front desk was always a joy to work with. She always answered the phone quickly and/or returned my calls as soon as she was able. Use L&M - you will not be disappointed.

The professionals at Home Solutionz - Phoenix took the time to understand my needs, budget, preferences and were able to recommend the perfect floor for me. From materials to all guidance, both the team, have highly impressed me - and I am most grateful!

We refer our friends and clients to James Wagner Construction. Our clients rave about their work and attention to detail. They fix drywall, paint interiors and do beautiful cabinet work/repair. They have painted my house and built a drywall television nook. We will continue to refer him.

Very shady general contractor. Ghosted me, left my rehab before completing the project and stole money. Do not use this guy. Save yourself the headache and money!
