The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

The Contractor Guys team were great to work with! We totally gutted and fully remodeled our home in South Scottsdale using TCG for the entire project. Michael is a capable and responsive general contractor and Jennie, Mirian, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

After attempting to work with previous GCs who were difficult to reach and/or downright rude to us, the TCG team made us feel respected and supported us every step of the way in achieving our vision. We remodeled our entire home including knocking out a structure wall, closing a carport into a garage, and gutting / updating every material in the house. Michael, Jennie and co were very responsive and offered guidance when some of our choices did not make sense and otherwise helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for.

Phoenix Concrete & Paving co for doing a large concrete driveway at our property. They were very genuine, steadfast, open to ideas, and skilled. Good service.

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
