We met with Lon from ShowerandBath and I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He asked questions, worked with us, and was open to input and provided recommendations. He strived to satisfy our requests 100%. We had not performed a remodeling project of this scope so it was good to know that he was there to guide the project. He answered all our questions in detail. He would text and call to keep us informed of progress. Following completion of the project, I had requests to Lon regarding concerns. Lon was quick to reply and fix any concern without any dialog on cost. He strived to have the customer be 100% satisfied. I would recommend Lon for your bathroom remodeling.

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

I Highly recommend Ledezma Tile, their team installed vinyl flooring in our home, they do high quality work and very professional. If you have flooring or tile work, look no further for a contractor, they will send out a team and give you a fair and honest quote. My wife cannot stop talking about how beautiful the floor looks. Don't do business with these people if your in utah. Ben hendon will over promise and under deliver. Absolutely horrible experience. Rick was the only one who tried to help but his hands were tied. Ben will take your money then act like he's doing you a favor. He came and took measurements himself when the cabinets finally showed up they didn't fit, Ben measured wrong yet took no accountability for it and only had our cabinets showed up. A week later the last 1 finally showed up after being told 2 to 3 days. We had to help unload the truck because their guy wouldn't, reschedule the installer 3 times because of Ben. Not once did he call me on the phone to apologize or even explain. When we told them we weren't paying he threatened to call the cops and through some contract in our face. They were paid in full reluctantly by me never once received a call. Awful experience don't use them and don't trust Ben hendon.

Here is an update, they ordered to many cabinets came and took to many away when we showed up to pick it up Ben refused to give it to us because of this bad review on him. They have been paid in full cashed our final check. And are now ignoring us. No one ever answers the phone and I get no contact information here i promise you don't want to do buisness with these people we are now going to small claims court because of poor customer service and no accountability. Absolutely awful then he says if i take my review didn't and sign a contract that I won't give them bad reviews then we can have our last cabinet. No one has even trues from corporate to reach out. So at this point I have to have a custom cabinet built even though I paid for 1 and Sue them to get my money back absolutely awful experience. I won't have my freedom of speech threatened or censored because they failed

I had seen a home Ernesto had done and thought it was terrific. The house conveyed the feeling I desired to achieve with mine. He provided me with several options for layouts for my new home and more importantly, explained why he thought what would work best. He was very helpful in scale, in selecting fabrics and furniture, and paint colors. He was right every time. The trades he used were also excellent-the quality was impressive and they were reasonably priced. I was happy with everything. I would recommend Ernesto without hesitation, and would use him again when I need a designer. He cares about you as a person, and what you are trying to achieve so that you are comfortable in your home. He is fun to work with, and I think he is incredibly qualified. He deserves all of the accolades he is presently getting.

I contacted red ram remodeling and spoke with a gentleman named Dan, I needed some work done on my house in multiple areas, He was eager to come out on my schedule and he was able to get the job done in timely manner, now you could never tell there was any damage to my home.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
