This man should not be building houses or in the construction business period.
Where to start, at the beginning when we got our plans approved, my wife and I had asked for a copy (which I received 11 months later). Several instances we would meet/talk about things to happen to/for the house. He never took notes and always forgot things. We were the ones to initiate anything going on. Paint colors, counter tops etc. Whenever we would schedule appointments he was either late, just forgot or didn’t show. Simple instructions were not followed on several occasions I had complained to him I did not like the language barrier between the people working on the house and ourselves. I was asking for one thing and getting another. e.g.(gas line was put in after the dry wall was done, laundry room sink was forgot about until after paint was done, no back yard light, water line issues, the countertop was ordered without all the measurements for cut outs, water heater closet wasn’t taped or mudded until after paint).
We watched as our house sat with nothing being done for three months straight. He gave us a move in date of mid-Oct, then Nov 2nd and finally Nov 20th. He had to pay rent for a month which should have been two months at the rental house I was at, due to procrastination. We had a 1 year loss of use on our insurance policy and he used every bit of it, and then some.
For the next week we still had stuff being done. He said let me get my guys to do it, his guys are the one that took 8 hours to install a microwave oven and still had to call someone in to build a simple soffit for the oven/microwave vent. Or the landscaping crew that destroyed our exotic vine not once but twice. Landscaping isn’t or wasn’t part of his contract. What was part of the contract was a port-a-john which was not put in until after I complained about picking up human feces, left by his workers on my property. He likes to use unskilled & unlicensed workers so he can save the money. Most of the work done at my house happened on the weekends. There wasn’t one aspect of the construction process that wasn’t screwed up, except roofing & demolition. Framing was warped (at least that what the other drywall company said after an inspection) plumbing , gas, framing, drywall, electrical

We recently purchased a home and we had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it new with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. Affinity Kitchens provided exactly what we asked for and their pricing was very fair. Once we saw the completed project, it was exactly what we wanted. If your supplier does what they say they will do when they say they will do it, then everything usually goes really well.

Elan managed a kitchen, bathroom, and staircase job for us. All jobs were completed on time and very nicely done. Excellent communication, respectful team of workers, and consistent follow-up. Would recommend to anyone in need of a contractor!

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .
It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. He’s got a great group working for him. We’d hire them again.
