Replaced single-person walk-in shower with door and an adjacent tub with a full length walk-in shower, no door, tile from floor to ceiling, and two shower heads. We love our shower - it has made our master space feel like a brand new home. The installer was on-time, friendly, and made great suggestions we hadn’t thought of at signing. Please just make sure everything is in the contract and design, even if you are reassured it’s covered. If you don’t see the item, ask question. We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.

Love my new shower. 49 year old shower demo'd down to the studs - a complete remodel. All contractors were excellent - the tile crew Daniel and Rick, the plumber Tim, and Jonathan the shower doors installer - leak-proof! The owner-Allen and office staffs Shelly and Lana were all great to work with and ensured complete satisfaction. Love taking a shower now, recommend.

In February 2017, I discovered wet walls and carpet in the walk-in closet adjacent to the travertine stone tile shower in the master bath of the house I had recently purchased. My real estate agent recommend Acuity Builders as they had performed well for a client of hers. Ken Hawk and Matthew Garrett of Acuity Builders came to the house and determined that water was going through the through the stone tile and breaching all layers of waterproofing.

Matthew and Ken worked closely with us to rebuild from the water damage. The entire shower was torn down and rebuilt with new tile. From start to finish all services from selecting new materials to installation, cost and schedule performance exceeded my expectations and I would without reservation employ and recommend their company, Acuity Builders for home construction projects.

After we bought our first house in Scottsdale, we wanted to work with a home remodeling company that is an expert and they can cover all aspects of what we want in order to renovate the place and make it more modern. We knew there was many options and one of them was Luxury Remodels Company. Although they were quite expensive, we ended up hiring them for the project. Working with their team (Big thanks to Becky and Dave) was an incredible experience, and we knew we had made the right choice for our home. They were very meticulous in the process of design and selections, as well as we were kept well informed thru the entire construction time as our home was being transformed. We love the final results and will continue to refer this company.

We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I have a lot of respect for the way Ellie and Ivan do business, they always put the customer first!!
