Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

All I can say is thank you. Scott and Lorrie designed the perfect remodel for my living room area. I wanted enough natural light for all my plants and when Lorrie suggested extending the living area into the patio to make a sunroom, I was blown away by her ideas. Rick was great to work with. He showed up every day and on time. Finished the job in the number of days he said he would. Plus he also did a great job repairing our broken down outdoor BBQ island. I will definitely use Handyman Connection again.

Premier Kitchen and Bath completed multiple projects in our home including installing cabinetry in the kitchen, library shelves and desk unit in the home office, and designing and installing a one-of-kind vinyl record storage cabinet in the media room. My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

Ken deserves the 5 Star rating. There were a few minor issues like every build goes through, but Ken made sure these were taken care of promptly. This is what a good company does. Highly recommend using them.
