I had some rough drywall spots and needed a wall refinished. Crue came in and applied a few layers of putty to perfection. My walls are now smooth and clean, everything looks crisp. Great communication, can’t recommended him enough.

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

Don’t have experience with them as a construction company but did experience one of their construction trucks on the freeway , he was driving erratically swerving in and out of the HOV lane doing about 85 to 90 miles an hour . He cut me and a couple other cars off .

When you want the job done right, on budget, and on time, this is the general contractor to do it!

My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. They did a major transformation in my kitchen and brought my master bath into the 21st century! They were on site when they said they would be and kept to the promised schedule. The work was meticulous-with an eye for detail-and their subs were skilled and professional...and their pricing was fair and competitive. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Driver out here endangering our lives with their huge trucks. What a-holes!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
