Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. We have a home in Arizona and another in Wisconsin, and like so many other snow birds, we spend half the year in Phoenix for the great weather! When we were hear last winter, we hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team to do their thing for us while we were gone. We had some conversations with Lorrie and basically told her to do her thing. She ran stuff by us, but her ideas and suggestions were right on and perfect.

And after the design stage, Scott takes over with the construction end.
They have a great working website that posts their calendar for the project, and pictures get posted every day of the work that was done that day, and the logs tell us what is going to be done tomorrow. It was fantastic to watch it happen from afar. And when we finally got back here December 1st, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. We couldn't be happier. Scott and Lorrie are fantastic.

Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.
