Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. We will continue to use them on any of our house projects (and we’ve had many).

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Excellent deals on Bathroom and Kitchen items like flooring, cabinets, doors, toilets, bathtubs, lighting, fans, power tools, sinks and more. Staff is bilingual and very helpful. They also do delivery in case you don't have a truck. I recommend this place to anyone who is planning to remodel or updating something in their home.

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the surprisingly low cost compared to the competition. I am soooo happy with how easy the process was and the outcome. I can't wait to have my smaller bathrooms done!

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. We connected with XLT after reading their positive reviews on other sites. They responded promptly, spent time going over what we wanted and quoted a fair price.
They kept on schedule through the whole process and kept us involved in the design decisions. We liked the XLT team so much we hired them to complete a second project a month later.

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. Met with Ron today. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to do one job and was able to fix two other jobs that I needed to be done. He allowed my teenage son to watch some of his work and ask a bunch of questions which I thought was really kind of him. This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...
