Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. We will continue to use them on any of our house projects (and we’ve had many).

We just had a Jack and Jill bathroom remodel and are extremely pleased with the results! From the start of the project until it’s completion, Joe and the crew were extremely courteous and professional. The end result was a bathroom fit for a model home!

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend if you are looking to remodel your home

We had a tub replaced and backer board installed to ceiling to tile the shower ourselves. The quote and billing process with Troy was pleasant and professional over which I’d give 5 stars. The install process with Dale was very professional as well. We did have some floor tile that were damaged during the demo and install of the new tub which was unfortunate as we had removed our old vanity and given plenty of room. It was very disappointing as we’d done a lot of work ourselves to make it easier on them. If an offer was made to decrease price on total invoice, I would have been much happier with the overall process. But the tub looks great and seemed a fair price. For overall job at completion I’d give 3 stars for damage.

Steven did the transformation of the main bathroom in our house! He not only arrived on time everyday, but early! He was very thorough and very friendly. Since I have to little ones in the house, he left the exhaust fan with us so that we could continue to pump out the fumes. The smell wasn't too bad, just very strong. Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

KLB remodeled my kitchen and dining room. They were professional and timely in their work. Easy to work with as I added things during the project. I will be using them again when I'm ready to do my bathrooms.

Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesn't seem secure, and the light switch isn't functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

Alex is very personable, he did a very nice job on my kitchen backsplash. When he was finished, he made sure that the kitchen was clean. I would use his service again.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath has far surpassed all expectations. They have been an incredible company to work with starting with the initial visit and renderings. Their attention to detail is stellar, they do a very thorough job, at a fair price. Adrian and crew continue to go above and beyond. My bathroom project is still underway, but each day I'm blown away by their work, their cleanliness, and their communication with me throughout. I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.
