I reached out to Handyman connection and the following day I had an email from Lana Rogers requesting more information about the cover I wanted built over my pool equipment. I sent that to her right away and never heard another thing. I sent another email suggesting that they were too busy to handle my request and still never received an email back. I was highly disappointed as I look and trust reviews about a business. This one didn't work out for me.

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

We recently had two bathrooms remodeled by Retro Pro and are very happy with the results. We found that Eric (the owner) and Angela (the designer) were very easy to deal with. They came up with several good ideas and suggestions which we implemented that improved the project.
We were very pleased with Omar, our project manager, as well as Max who was the technician working with him. They did very high quality work and Omar kept us fully informed of the status with daily updates on what they had done and what they had planned for that day.
The project was two complete bathroom remodels in our house which is over fifty years old. The new bathrooms look great, and you can tell the excellent quality of workmanship and materials used by Retro Pro. The project came in ahead of schedule and on budget. We’re very happy with the results and look forward to working with them on more projects in the future.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Oron and team are excellent. At a very stressful time they were able to handle all our projects start to finish with minimal worry. We used them for a large addition, full window replacement, flooring replacement, full home stucco a few years ago. Most recently a remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom. Always extremely responsive and the end result is impressive. I also value the team's design input and support along the way. I'm no expert in construction so you need someone you can trust and I trust their team with any and all home projects we need done.

Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. Having never done anything like this before, Shannon and his team were patient and helpful with every aspect of the design and buildout. we now have a tenant who loved the building and signed a 5 year lease.

Very pleased with my roof. The crew showed up on time and got the job done as quickly as possible. It looks great and I have had no problems. Was fully informed through the process. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
