Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Anthony talked a good game when we went in to discuss remodeling my mom’s kitchen in May. He kept pushing her off until she finally demanded a date and work started the beginning of September. The communication is non-existent no matter how many times we called. The work has been lack luster and Anthony continues to talk a big game with plenty of excuses. All we want is what we paid for and for the job to be done right. Seems my mom’s job was too small and not important considering she’s an older single woman. Avoid at all costs.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid a lot of stress and go strait to AZ Granite & Remodeling. We started our remodeling journey at Lowe's & Home Depot and soon regretted it. Shortly after we met Veny and company who picked up all the pieces of our bad decisions and put it all back together. Not only did he do a magnificent job on our countertops, but he also corrected extensive work which had already been completed pre-Veny and only charged us cost of materials. We had grab bars installed in the shower and water closet next to the toilet. Not a hard job for a DIY but I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. They did the job quickly cleanly and everything looks good. Very satisfied

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. I had them do some major remodeling at my church and my office.
They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.
Their work was clean and professional.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

We had a tub replaced and backer board installed to ceiling to tile the shower ourselves. The quote and billing process with Troy was pleasant and professional over which I’d give 5 stars. The install process with Dale was very professional as well. We did have some floor tile that were damaged during the demo and install of the new tub which was unfortunate as we had removed our old vanity and given plenty of room. It was very disappointing as we’d done a lot of work ourselves to make it easier on them. If an offer was made to decrease price on total invoice, I would have been much happier with the overall process. But the tub looks great and seemed a fair price. For overall job at completion I’d give 3 stars for damage.

Just completed a total remodel of our home . New kitchen and flooring and room addition . European modern cabinets and custom made for us . We saved thousands of dollars , competed on time . Great job

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
