My husband Paul and I moved to Scottsdale from Florida to to be near our daughter’s family in our retirement...with one four year old grand daughter and a new arrival this past November!
We bought a home that had potential but was in original condition. We interviewed four contractors to help us transform it into a dream retirement home that we joked we had a vision of creating as ‘Martha’ and ‘Marty’ Stewart, going around to all the stores and suppliers experiencing the different possibilities.
Our daughter heard of ArDan Construction on her neighborhood website as being ‘the best contractors anywhere’.
Paul and I have to agree. We found them late in our interviewing process and are so grateful that we signed on with them for this project. It was extensive including removing walls to create open space and light, re-plastering walls and ceilings, new floors, kitchen, baths, doors, and creating a beautiful wooden focal wall around the television and fireplace area.
We were blessed to find Danny Niemela and company who gave us the peace of mind that we needed managing our project as we looked on from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
He was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous to detail every step of the way. Our project manager Aaron and workers that we met, Rich and TJ, were also top professionals...all truly good people and gentlemen.
Aaron sent photos, videos and emails to us along the way, however our return upon completion was like being on an episode of HGTV! We walked in and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the workmanship and transformation.
We would recommend ArDan Construction to anyone planning a project large or small. Thank you all so very much!

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

I read the great reviews on here and yelp and contacted them on June 1st to get a quote. Dan asked for a sketch on June 1st and I provided him with that. On June 4th I followed up to see if he was going to be able to provide us with a quote. He did get back the same day and say he would provide a quote to us later that same day but still got nothing from him. I understand people get busy but find it very unprofessional that he can not even respond back to let me know and even originally I have always had to be the one to follow up. They may do great work but obviously are too busy now or our project is too small. Either way it is bad customer service and not professional.

Great work and customer service throughout the entire process! Very reliable and there was very minimal disruption during our kitchen and bath remodeling project.

It was a pleasure working with Eric. He is very professional, pleasant, punctual and patient, all the things you need when working on a big project.
I told him what I wanted to do, he presented me with a design and guided me through the whole process even when he required.

I love, love, love my new master bath by Home Makeover Creations. Every aspect of it is perfect and it turned out exactly as I pictured! Even better is the great team of people who made it happen -- from the front end design by Debbie & Cheyenne, to execution by Jeromie and his crew. They are exceptionally nice and dependable. From the moment we walked into Hunt's we knew these guys were for us. They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. Everything was very clearly explained by Jeff and Josh and they are very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and will be back for the guest house design.

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

I’m so happy with the work Wonders of Wood did for me. We asked them to repaint existing cabinets as well as design and install custom cabinets. They kept to their schedule, they were professional, and their work was great. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars though is because of their customer service. There were a couple hiccoughs in the process, for example they installed the wrong drawer panels. When I contacted them they immediately took accountability and remedies the error. The fact that they don’t hesitate to make it right for the customer makes them one of the best in the industry as far as I’m concerned!

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

John and his team did a beautiful job on our Fountain Hills home. Couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend!
