Best New Concrete in Phoenix AZ

Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

3 months from estimate to completion! When a contractor is booked 3 months out, you know they do good work. Charlie turned me down at first but we weren’t in a hurry so he scheduled us. Extremely happy with results. One day pour, half day for prep. Excellent and skilled finishers. If you need concrete done and are lucky enough to get on No limits schedule, you’ll be in good hands!

Charlie has put together a team of true pros that care about your project. Princeton spent over 6 months day in and day out on our project and was always available, organized, and very communicative. I recomend them fully if you are looking to have a project done correctly the first time!

I recently purchased my first home and hired On Demand Construction to do a total remodel. These guys had all of the answers and did a fabulous job!! I recommend this company for anyone wanting great work and a fair price.

Very unprofessional organization to work with. They are very poorly managed and do not attempt to follow through on promises or commitments. I strongly urge you to consider other companies as you will be very dissappointed with Weitz.
