My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Can’t wait to see how many more families dream homes we make come to life!

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

Ruidoso just finished our new fireplace/media wall with stacked stone. Can't express enough how happy we are with their work. They were wonderful to work with, meticulous, professional, courteous, hard working. We will definitely use them again for any future projects.

My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.
