The Graco team is always flexible, available, and punctual to get the work done around my busy schedule. I loved that they provided photos of the damage on my roof when quoting the work that needed to be done. The cost was very fair and competitive (nothing was overpriced). I have used Handyman Connection multiple times in the last few months. Every time the experience has been great. I have been able to get appointments quickly. Most jobs they can quote you and do the job the same day. Prices are reasonable, especially being mindful that you get what you pay for. A couple of times I tried different installation services with items I ordered online and ended up calling Handyman Connection to come fix the bad install. Likely you will find a tech at handyman connection you prefer - it is easy to request them on future appts/services. My favorite tech is Greg H. He's helped me with everything from installing lighting and outlets to repairing plumbing that another companies technician messed up. They have become my number one trusted expert for all those jobs I just don't want to DIY or need fixed in a pinch! I definitely recommend using Handyman Connection of Phoenix!

Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. If I ever need another restoration job, Acuity Builders and Construction is the company I would call without a doubt. Thanks for everything Ken.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

Dale and his crew did an amazing job with our project which included building out our fireplace and creating our wine closet. We will be using this team for our future projects.

To say Alan's Flooring does a good job cannot do them justice. They are absolute professionals and a true master of their trait. I had a very tight deadline for an outdoor patio and it was completed early with flawless perfection.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona Floors. We made the right choice!

FHR did a GREAT job on my patio in Scottsdale ! They had to remove my old cracked tile and cement and replace it with new concrete and an acrylic coating. The workmanship was top notch and the team they had there cleaned up the site very well each day and always were concerned and made sure I was satisfied. I am delighted with their work, Oron and his teams do excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their home! THANKS FHR you are the BEST!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Current rating 4.7 star and on their way to a 5 star. Give Bethom a call and make sure to snag CJ as he is the best!

Excellent company

Charlie and his team did a great job extending my patio concrete. The concrete came out very nice and it has a nice color to it. The crew was very clean and friendly. Charlie made sure I was satisfied. Charlie was also reasonable on the cost, and explained everything in detail. I will for sure use Charlie for additional concrete work in the future!

Shannon at Bespoke Builders is awesome. He’s work is high in quality and efficiency. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! I would recommend Bespoke Builders to business owners who are looking for quick, efficient, and highly competent general contractor work!
