I called Lindsey on a Friday afternoon. One of my crew (err former crew) had used a customers sink to clean his tools. He did a great job clogging it, rather than have an irate customer, I needed to get it fixed FAST.

Lindsey got right on it and had the problem fixed faster than I could get over to look at the damage. Thankful to them for being not only great at their job but also helping ease the customers state of mind.

If they use a scope to look at your pipes make sure you take a video on your phone. We asked for a video after they left to show our landlord. HeMason was reluctant to show our landlord when our landlord returned from being out of the country.Professional knowledgeable well mannered. Yes I would call Mason and his company again. Home Serve Warranty sent Johnco out to check broken sewer under my house. Because I cleaned the line so Johnco could see the problem, Johnco refused to check/scope the line, told Home Serve there was no back-up problem, I was denied insurance claim. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.
