We ordered two of their skylights through Home Depot. We have five others from them that we've been impressed with. When we got our shipment in, one of them was damaged. I called Christian at their office in Arizona and within two business days they had me a new one.

These guys make a very good product, at a very good price and have...very good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very good tubular skylight.

Employees are phenomenal!

I submitted a previous review regarding issues with the agreement. Since that time, I received a test message from some dude name Brian at Direct Solar basically rebuking me for leaving a bad review, (my wife and I both left reviews). He said he would look into the situation. Several days went by and I hadn't heard anything so I once again called there customer service number and once again left a voice mail and once again heard nothing back. So I texted this Brian guy back and he said that our electric company isn't giving us full credit and left it at that. A. They are, their bills don't include energy used directly from solar. B. He's basically blowing off the situation hoping it will go away. I'm out $30,000 as it stands right now because of their erroneous sales tools. I'm not going away.

Agua Del Sol has the highest rated solar water heaters in the industry so I went with their units. They also have the longest warranty of 12 years so they definitely stand behind their products.

This company is a total FRAUD! The CEO Jonathan Cohen is Con Artist and Liar. He's a sly talker and will promise to save you money. Once the solar system on your roof, he will Ghost you like you never existed. His associate, Jack Wryghtman is the same. If you happened to come across either one, or Impact Energy, Slam the door, or hang up the phone. The Company they represented, Onpoint Solar (who installed the panels) has washed their hands of this situation (though THEY NEVER DID THE ON BOARDING CALL with me and Impact Energy prior to the install -which would have exposed the fraud). Below is a snipit of what happened. This has been going on since November 2022.

I was working with another solar company, but they kept moving my install date (which was very important to me). Jonathan called with a good game, fast install times, and I can get you everything you have set up with the other company, AND SAVE YOU $13K. Well, after the solar was placed on my roof, the battery system Jonathan and Impact Energy was going to purchase, NEVER HAPPENED. Now I am stuck with a $50,000 paper weight on my roof. I didn't care about feeding SRP to save money on my electric bill, I wanted the battery backup power just in case of a power outage.
