Greg Fields was very professional - thorough in his relationship with us. His Zoom presentation was impressive as was his responsiveness to our followup questions. Blaze Energy was outstanding in every way! With 75 panels, our installation was very large, but it’d only took them two days to finish, and everything was done expertly and in accordance with regulations. I had an electrician friend come over, and he was so satisfied that he planned to hire them for his own Phoenix solar panel installation. Blaze Energy handled our installation as though it were a full-court press. Over ten guys were sent for the two-day installation. They were all really kind and behaved appropriately. They went above and beyond their call of duty to assist us with a tiny mouse problem by caulking some cracks in our siding by the roof. They come highly recommended from me to anyone wishing to install solar panels! They provide the best panels and equipment available, in addition to being the top installers. Customers come first at Blaze Energy, bar none! They also brought a thank-you gift from a neighborhood shop in their last visit! Selecting Blaze Energy for your solar panel installation is a no-brainer! Now all I want is more roof space so I can add more solar panels!

Semper Solaris is a breath of fresh air! We got bids from other solar companies before dealing with Dennis at Semper Solaris. Dennis gave us the best price and his communication throughout the process was above and beyond. Semper Solaris is an honest and trustworthy company that stands by their word. Not only that, we loved the fact that their panels are made in the USA and that they are a veteran owned and run company. Highly recommend!

Do not get solar panels from these people. The salesman said my roof will not leak as long it is not over 25 yrs and if it does to not worry because SunRun will cover it. I should have known better. Well it leaked within a couple of months. They fixed it but 6 yrs later it happened again at the same area! I filled out the online complaint form twice only to be denied coverage twice. The roofer said they would not have any solar company install panels on roof 10yrs or older since the intense AZ sun just beats up on the barrier so much quicker. So I caved in and will pay for the roof myself. I lease the panels for 20yrs. Mind you I do not own these panels. I lease them. Now I find out that SunRun will charge me 175.00 per panel for removal and reinstalling the panels! The salesperson failed to inform me of that too by the way! I tried contacting SunRun again but the person on the phone said there is nothing they can do and basically pay up! Please be very careful when signing anything with these guys. Please quote me on this, SunRun is a terrible company! All they want is your money. They DO NOT care about their customers. DO NOT trust their sales people. Before signing anything look at the fine print with repairs and guarantees.

I’ve had several issues with the products i’ve received from this location over the past few months. I will no longer do business with them. Management refuses to get back to me, who is running this place?? I never get timely deliveries and they are always incorrect. Always issues with my orders. Electricians who take their job seriously, BEWARE, take your business to WESCO instead, there is much less BS when dealing with that company. Management - Don’t even bother reaching out to resolve the problem, at this point it’s uncorrectable. Would give zero stars if possible.
