After having a very negative experience with another plumbing company through my home warranty, I was lucky enough to get to have Andres Rios from Anthony's come. This company was extremely responsive. Andres was a delight. He was super thorough, took the time to explain what was needed, and was a great representative of the company. (In fact, he was so good, I asked him if he was the owner! He took such care and had such integrity with his work.) I will for sure use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. Call these guys before anyone else, Frank was awesome. I made the mistake of calling another company first. The answering service said someone would call me right back, an hour later that call never came so I called Rooter Ranger instead. I was called right back and they were very quick to respond. Frank the technician took the time to assess how my drains worked so that he could save me money by not having to pull the toilet up. Most other plumbers would have just pulled it up and charged us the extra charges. I will not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again, great service, great quick response time and extremely friendly help.

I finally broke down and called Option One expecting to pay an arm and a leg and have a considerable wait period. On the contrary, the Option One scheduler I spoke with was empathetic and provided top notch customer service and told me a technician would be out that day. When the technician, Derrik Shans, arrived, he was charasmatic, knowledgeable, and efficient. He immiediately diagnosed the problem after listening to me about the issue and what I had already tried. He solved the problem within the hour and best of all, the cost was extremely affordable. If you need any kind of service, Option One is the only way to go.

I called Mr Rooter for a shower cartridge repair and a ball valve to turn the water to the home off. The bill was $1,268. I was needing to meet a deadline for the repair for an escrow closing. They had me over the barrel. I did the work and then because I really felt like I had been overcharged I checked with a few other licensed bonded and insured plumbers. Mr Rooter charged me 40 to 50% more than the other plumbers charged. They were unresponsive about any adjustment.
