After discovering the pipe was obstructed by tree roots in two locations (documented by video), we were forced to repair the areas. They began work immediately, worked until 7:30 pm, then completed the job by around noon the following day. We were without use of our drains/toilets for only a couple of hours the entire job. The owner Jordan and employee Danny, were professional, very honest and up front regarding our options, time frame, cost, etc. The technicians who did the work were also extremely polite and professional.
