Excellent job fixing broken tiles on my patio which other specialists wouldnt accept the job due to not standard existing tiles.

Excellent job cleaning granite tile counters, they looked cleaner after NewGen came by than when they were installed.

I would definitely recommend for grout and tile work and even the deep clean on old couches looked great

This is the best company in the phoenix area to clean ..polish and seal a patio...They did a huge patio for us in Scottsdale at Desert Mountain which also included sealing a huge paver driveway and their work and follow through is outstanding..Their Sales guy Dave Huber delivered big time and was a total follow through representative both during the job and after to make sure we were totally satisfied. We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.
