We had an independent AC tech replace the fan motor of outside unit and since it was so loud that we could not even talk to reach other while it was running. After Howard Air did their wok the unit is so quiet again. The technician said the other technician had put the wrong size capacitor in for the motor and it was overloading the fan motor.

The subsequent report e-mailed to me detailing the inspection and servicing of my 2 A/C units is a very nice feature. Had a couple of minor issues but the company resolved these quickly indicating they strive to provide top-notch service. Thus far, my experience with ProSkill is limited to A/C work only but if other services provided are as competent as their A/C work, I would recommend them to anyone.
