I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

Devin Melody provided outstanding service! He has a can do attitude even when the job is challenging. He located our clean-out that 2 previous plumbers did not recognize.
