Awesome company. We'd worked with Eric before with very satisfactory results, so were very happy to see him again this time. Our issue was a lot bigger this year, requiring permits and some conversation with the City. This project could have been a total nightmare, but Brandon had my back and made sure that I came out golden. Eric and Anthony were courteous, clean, smelled good, and DID A GREAT JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END! Even the City inspector mentioned that Anthony's Plumbing always did exceptional work, which impressed me even more, but I didn't need that. I already knew that no matter what the plumbing issue I'd encounter in the future, Anthony's would be who I'd call. I had another company come to snake my drain because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up.

I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a snake through the drain. But, instead of calling it a job done, he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line sagged. I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them.

Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs.

Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

I had had occasion to use Belsito Plumbing for several small jobs in the past and had been thoroughly satisfied with both their pricing and their workmanship on these occasions so, when it came time to switch over an older Phoenix residential property from a septic tank to the city sewer system, I naturally invited them, along with several other well-regarded local plumbing companies, to bid on this bigger, more complex job. I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.

The Rooter Ranger Plumbing company is very reliable and has immediate service. They answered my call in the afternoon and a few minutes later a plumber called to make an appointment with me. Their workers Alex Diaz and his partner were very polite and fixed my kitchen pipe in less than 5 minutes. This company has amazing service and the workers are outstanding too. I was very impressed and satisfied with their speedy service.

Bill was very professional and did a thorough inspection of my home’s plumbing system. He explained what the problem areas are and how to repair them. He prepared a report outlining work to be done including pricing. All jobs were clearly labeled. I signed up for the Bumble Bee Club Plan Membership which will save me money as I tackle the list of work over time. He repaired the first thing on my list - a toilet. Bill did a great job with the inspection and repair. Bill and Bumble Bee Plumbing deserve 5 stars!
