Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

A friend recommended them, as I had a bad experience with a contractor in 2019 still fixing things he destroyed/sabotaged. I called as I have a whole house water system installed in 2016. Wanted to change out the median. I was going nuts as I was following the arrows and could not get it to shut off. I needed to remove the tank and still have water to my house. That means from sometime between 2019 and 2020 it has been wrong.

They showed me that it was put on wrong/broke. I took pictures as the knob had been damaged and put on wrong. I also had them check out my sewer line.

It is so refreshing to have knowledgeable and professional service.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Woke up to no hot water on a Saturday and a leaky mess around the hot water heater. Not the best way to start a weekend! Thankfully I found Bumble Bee plumbing. From the first phone call to the final goodbye, you can tell this company prides itself on customer service. The person who answered my call (Mike?) was sympathetic and said he would try to get someone out today. He followed up regularly throughout the day and finally Dan Burke arrived to save the day!
