When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

I am so grateful for the team of Rooter Rangers who came to look at our plumbing issues. Our master toilet was backing up into our shower..Barney was the 1st came out and was so great at talking me thru his process. He was upfront about the possibility of the cost changing vs what was originally quoted. When he couldn’t solve the issue ( after trying for almost 3 hours) he reached out his Supervisor Jared. Jared walked him thru the steps he took and encouraged him the he did it all right. Jared then came out to take a look. We didn’t know where the clean out were for our house. Turns out they were buried in our front yard. Jared never gave up searching even as the rain came poring down. After running the camera thru the clean out Jared recommended “power washing” the pipes to see if that would clear out the clog and he could get a better view of everything. Due some other unexpected issues in our neighborhood we ended up having to schedule the “power wash” for the next day. Dillion showed up just as scheduled and was just as friendly and polite as Barney & Jared. After Dillion was done Jared inspected the system again. Dillion didn’t go as deep as it needed so Jared helped and walked him thru completing it. And it worked!!! Yay!! Jared inspected everything with cameras and to our surprise it was all in great shape.Jared and his team were so easy to work with. They were great at explaining everything as well as answering all my questions. Thank you to Rooter Rangers (especially Jared, Barney & Dillion) for fixing our plumbing issue!!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Option one plumbing was the best choice I could have made. Sammy was on time very knowledgeable with a fantastic personally. Very professional and did a great job. Sammy gave us some options for future work to completely repair our main clean out line. At this time Sammy cleaned the line best he could and it is working great even thou it needs a repair. Thanks option one and Sammy. You guys have a great employee with Sammy would certainly like to have him back out next time we call.

There are not enough thanks and kind words that I can give to Mike and his apprentice. These guys are awesome!I had significant water damage from a leaking pipe. I required services from a water restoration company and BumbleBee Plumbing.When I placed the call they were immediately sympathetic and told me I would receive service ASAP. I got a call that Michael was on his way 15 min after I made the call.Michael is professional and explained everything to me as he was able to gather information. He assured me that the work he performed is quality. He answered all of my questions.He put me at ease, which is hard to do because I am currently expecting twins soon. Mr Rooter did what the other guys couldn't.I bought two new bidet toilets (Korean made) from a home improvement store, who also offered installation. The guy they sent couldn't do it, said the parts were incompatible, etc. and said he would have someone call me later. No call ever came.I found Mr Rooter online and filled out a request for quote. Within the hour, a rep called me and scheduled the installer for a couple of days later.The installer (Will) arrived promptly, had no problem installing the toilets, and was delightful to talk to. He went over the features of the toilet with me and made sure all my questions were answered.Just a great experience from top to bottom (no pun intended).
