We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Overall, the end result was very good. However, the process was not what I had expected.I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathtub drain (the only shower in my house) that leaked through the floor/ceiling to the downstairs dining room. I called Option One around 4:30PM and asked for a fix ASAP. I was surprised to get a time frame of between 6:00-8:00PM. When no one had arrived or called by 8:15PM, I called back to see what the ETA was, and I was given a new time frame of 9:30-10:30PM. I politely asked to just reschedule for the next day between 5:00-7:00PM. The next day the Technician, Andrew, called to let me know he had been a little delayed but would be to my house by 8:00PM. When he arrived with his associate, They gave me a quote of $125 to cut open the wall to see where the leak is occurring. They quickly diagnosed the leak and gave me a rundown of how they would need to go about fixing it along with a quote of $115 to make the actual repairs. The only problem was they didn't have the parts to do it that night. We scheduled for the next day at 2:00PM to fix it. I received a call the next day letting me know that they were again running behind but would arrive around 4:00PM. After arriving at the door, Andrew notified me that he forgot one part and had to make another run to the plumbing supply store. About 30 minutes later he was back and had my leak repaired within an hour. I was given my final bill with the costs for the diagnosis, parts, and labor exactly as quoted. I was given an invoice with a breakdown of what was done and how much it cost to fix. And I was pleased to find that there was even a 60 day warranty included.Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable and, when having the right parts, was able to get the job done quickly. The only problem I had were with the time windows for when to expect someone. With a minor change in philosophy by not over promising, I would have been completely satisfied with my experience. Instead, I am left somewhat satisfied with the experience but pleased with the end result.

Just moved into my new house. The washing machine I used only once flooded. It was draining very slowly. He was very nice and kind. If I were you I would request Dan Burke. he was awesome. I also signed up for bumble bee plumbing yearly membership. Dan suggested I do it’s only $10 a month and it saved me 50 bucks. I’m a single mom with three little girls and every penny saved makes a difference to me. Dan was very kind he had to go Pick up his camera went above and beyond to serve our needs. Have used these guys a couple times before for minor things in the last 15years that we have been in our house. This time, the 50 year old sewer pipe out the the street disintegrated. They came out and put a camera down and figured out the problem, quoted us a decent price, painful, but decent. They came back the next day and started the work, took three days to complete. The crew was amazing and professional, they worked well together, treated each other with tremendous respect, knew what they were doing and got right down to business. Thanks to Chris, Cameron, and Thomas, and all the other guys who came to help with the new pipe. You made a terrible situation bearable, and fixed our problem quickly. Can't say enough how impressed we are with this crew!!

Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. They told me a time frame and that I’d get a call when the plumber was on his way, and they followed through. The plumber was so friendly and quickly replaced my toilet. He even looked at another issue before he left and offered several solutions for me to decide how to handle things later. I would highly recommend them! I don’t plan to use any other plumber from now on
