When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. I spoke to a couple of companies to obtain quotes for a pipe replacement and this one was the most responsive, best priced, and most importantly willing to fix any issues that came up, even after I already gave them the job and paid my deposit. For example, after completing the job, there was still some standing water in the kitchen sink. They agreed to dispatch a tech to get that fixed even though it was technically a separate issue from the pipe replacement. I also appreciated the fact that they had someone available to speak with me over the phone on my schedule (even late at night). I definitely recommend that you consider this company for your plumbing project!

Thomas came out and repaired the toilet water inlet line. He replaced the original plastic parts witty quality metal parts and came when I explained it was kind of an emergency. That was the best thing is that they were able to get it done fast. Yea I would use them again and recommend to any one.The second time I needed them Lupe cam out. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They’re quick to respond and do an excellent job. 5 stars out of 5Third time, Bill came out and replaced another leaky faucet. And on the same day! I trusted him to do it without me being there. These guys are great!

BEWARE! If you call to schedule a septic pump out, they may pass you off to another company and not tell you. We called to confirm our appointment a few hours prior and were told we didn't have an appointment with them. Then looking at the books they saw that they had passed us off to another company which was much lower rated...We even had the Mr. Rooter tech come out to check our valve 10 days prior! When you choose a company based on ratings, I expect to get that company! Too much to ask????
