Best Plumbing Replace in Phoenix AZ

On 27 Aug. 2019 Andrew from Option One fixed a broken irrigation pipe for Bolivar/Forrest HOA. Since that date the station for that part of the system will not come on. After bringing this issue to Option One on 9 Oct. 2019 I was reminded that I was calling 10 days past the warranty expired and that I would be charged for another visit. Andrew's shovel was the only one involved, obviously clipping or breaking the wiring when reburied. I cannot recommend Option One Plumbing when they will not stand behind their work. Currently in the middle of replacing my pipes... So far this week they haven’t been on time but one time for the time slot that they gave me. I am currently without use of any drains and any toilets since yesterday afternoon. This was never supposed to be an issue but assured me it would be fixed this morning when they were supposed to be here. Currently past noon and still no one here... No respect for others time and needs. This has been a horrible experience to say the least

Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. They told me a time frame and that I’d get a call when the plumber was on his way, and they followed through. The plumber was so friendly and quickly replaced my toilet. He even looked at another issue before he left and offered several solutions for me to decide how to handle things later. I would highly recommend them! I don’t plan to use any other plumber from now on

On time, a nice, honest, and friendly plumber arrived. I received excellent and professional service. Grohe taps and new isolator valves have been scheduled for installation. Very skilled and meticulous, with great attention to detail, he explained what needed to be done. Before leaving, I cleaned up, tested the new taps, and checked for leaks. Also reasonably priced. Thank you very much for installing the new taps and repairing the pipework. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use again for plumbing services. Cheers
