Best Plumbing Replace in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I am a local landlord with several properties throughout the valley. I have used Anthony’s Plumbing for over 8 years now for all of my houses for unclogging drain lines. This weekend one of my houses had a clogged main line. I called Anthony’s plumbing to request a drain cleaning service like I always have done. They called me back saying because I have used them several times at this property they would “no longer charge the normal price”. They usually charge $65 to $80 because I have put clean outs on the ground to make it easy. They told me before they respond out they would now have to charge me a new drain cleaning fee of $283 and a new camera service of another $169. What company do you know of that punishes you for using them repeatedly? Unbelievable. I have told all of my friends, neighbors, and fellow landlords to use Anthony’s Plumbing because they ask me which companies to use since I deal with a lot of them. I am switching plumbing companies as a New Years resolution. This was completely unexpected and unprofessional. This is not how you treat loyal customers who have been using your services for over 8 years. I am crossing this company off my list of trusted contractors. Again, what company does this?

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. They explained everything very thoroughly before conducting any work. I would definitely hire them again for future service.

Michaela and Brenda went out of their way to be able to schedule the visit same day, within only a few hours. They have a very friendly attitude. Ernesto was very professional and efficient on taking care of the initial need of unclogging the tub, and both Ernesto and Jose M did a great job and giving us a diagnosis and an estimate. What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. When I decided to sell my house I ended up hiring another less then reputable company it turns out to inspect my septic system only because I was crunched for time. When they failed the inspection I was suspicious because Belsito had been out to do some repairs a year earlier. Granted, things can happen but I asked Belsito to come and redo the inspection. From speaking with Krista in the office, who has always been courteous and friendly and always did what she said she would do in a timely manner, to Kenny and Tom, who I believe did the scheduling, and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. Kenny also made some after hours and weekend calls to me to make sure everything was on schedule. And lastly there was Ronny and J.B. who did the actual work. Ronny kept me apprised of everything he was doing, completed the inspection and even made sure the house was secured when he left as someone had been there trespassing. These guys all went above and beyond and I highly recommend their company and personnel.

ReddiService was one of the few companies that was willing to provide me with a quote over the phone. I knew exactly what I needed to have done after living with a plumber for 11 years. Not only did they provide a quote over the phone, but same day service was available, and they were the most economical choice. Pepe, my plumber, was wonderful.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I called rooter ranger and I was connected quickly with a customer service rep that was very courteous and let me know that they would have someone out in approximately 2 hours even though it's a Friday night. I said great. Adrian showed up in about an hour. He was courteous as well and went straight to diagnoising my leaky pipe connected to my tub. He quickly found the issue and without trying to tell me plumbing horror stories to jack the price up he told me it was a very minor issue and explained to me what the problem was. He sealed up the leak and didn't charge me since he didn't have to take apart anything or replace anything. He let me know what the cost would be if the pipe replacement had to occur which frankly was more than reasonable. A company with integrity, expertise, and professionalism is unfortunately an exceedingly rare thing, however rooter ranger is one of those companies. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Our tank is 4 feet down and he did the job with a smile on his face. He was very informative, pleasant and cordial. I will continue to use them going forward. THANK YOU Gilbert!
