We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. After talking with APS, I had Green ID come out and do a energy audit along with an in depth review and recap a week later. It was quite compelling to actually see in inefficiencies in my home.
I had them do a complete duct sealing which involves a lot more than I ever thought. They also added a supply and jump duct to one of the rooms that never cooled well. After completion, Green ID mgmt. came out to inspect all work performed. I'm convinced that my residence is much more energy efficient now along with obviously less dust in the home.
The entire staff was extremely thorough, polite, and clean. These people really know what their doing. I would highly recommend David and his entire team.

Highly recommend. Purchased a new AC unit and Scott came by on Tuesday. Spent two hours looking the job over very thoroughly so there would be no surprises. On Saturday Bryan came to install and was great. Very polite, punctual completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Everything works great and we are very happy.
