Once again, we received excellent product, installation and customer service from Howard Air. A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. Thank you to all at Howard Air!

I chose the person. Gerald took his time explaining our options. We desperately needed our AC replaced, but I was very nervous about making the right selection based on our household needs.
I really wanted to feel good about my choice of companies. Regardless of the unit we selected for installation, I went with the person, Gerald. I have never felt more comfortable speaking to anyone about this type of project.
Gotta feel good about the person. And he wasn't pushy, or in a hurry. Spoke plain English.
Love my new unit & thermostat. Install went great!

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Updated 11/1/2022: Tech Karl completed annual furnace checkup. Did an excellent job of completing the work, providing support documentation and explaining the process. Had some additional thoughts and ideas to help support a healthy and effective system. Aver-all very professional visit. Worked with ProSkill to switch my HVAC checkup to spring and furnace checkup to fall. Feel preseason checkups puts me in a better position to deal with conditions during each season. This high level of work appears to be the norm and not the exception during my dealings with ProSkill and members of their Team. He was detailed in what needed to happen and explained each of the procedures. I felt confident in what he was doing and he supported his actions with detailed analysis pictures to show me. In addition to his professional manner he also provided another report listing details and actions related to my unit. Very pleased in how he handled the work. Gave me a confident feeling that he knows what he is doing. Again I stress how much I value the summary report. It gives me a historic and current reference on how my units are performing. Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

Just because it’s a motorcycle Association, you won’t do a repair that is needed on a cooler. This association does a lot for the Community and takes care family’s over the holidays with meals and presents.
