Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Prestige was hired through my home warranty company to repair an aging AC unit on one of my rental homes that the 1st assigned contractor could not figure out. The Tech was very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue (overheating due to worn out compressor). Amanda (office support) went above and beyond the call of duty helping me get the warranty company approvals, and the parts put on will-call instead of being shipped, which saved everyone time, heartache, and continued sweating (tenants) as the weather was sweltering up to 100 degrees. I will definitely use them again for future AC work.
